Social Engineering
Many organisations have excellent IT security, they have very sophisticated firewalls, state of the art intrusion detection, secure VPNs for remote access etc, however they are still vulnerable to physical and social attacks. For example, someone ringing up staff and asking for the user name and password for a user, someone going through the bins and finding passwords, someone walking into the office and plugging in a laptop. All of these things would bypass the security the organisation had in place. CNS can help evaluate and manage these risks.
